We support causes in our current area(s) of operation related to mind and body wellness.  We have a limited amount of funding available in our startup phase and will be concentrating our initial financial support to Alaska 501c3 nonprofit entities with missions based in accessibility to affordable healthcare, physical fitness, mental health, and the performing arts. 

ALL FUNDS HAVE BEEN COMMITTED THROUGH 2018.  If you would like to be considered for funding in 2019, please send the following in a single email transmission to info@3wellcard.com:

• 501c3 confirmation letter issued by the IRS
• Completed W-9
• Most current annual report, if any
• 2018 approved and actual budgets
• A statement regarding the funding request (sponsorship, specific program funding, general expenses), including the amount requested and how our support will be recognized. [1 page total]
• Entity website URL
• List of current Board members and affiliations
• Contact information (email, telephone, address) for questions or additional information.

Please place the following in the subject line:  2019 FUNDING REQUEST – [Entity Name]

We do not provide funding to schools (other than for specific projects aimed at increasing mind and body health and wellness), religious organizations, political groups, requests from individuals, competitive level sports teams, or individuals.
